E lysium Luxury Villa I is situated in the serene and tranquil village of Svoronata, in the heart of Kefalonia, the largest island in the Ionian Sea. The villa offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and is just a stone's throw away from the stunning Avithos and Ai Helis beaches, where you can enjoy the warm and calm waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is divided into three areas. The ground floor hosts a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a room with two single beds and an attached bathroom. The intermediate floor features two designer suites, while the basement is designed as a family playroom with a separate bathroom. Additionally, there is a closet that houses a washing machine and dryer. All areas have direct access to the exterior. Elysium Luxury Villa I is a non-smoking villa. Outside the house, you will find a large infinity swimming pool with a jacuzzi, offering an incredible feeling while sipping champagne and overlooking the sea and the majestic Mt. Ainos, the highest mountain of Kefalonia. The villa's surroundings contribute to the enjoyment of a unique experience of relaxation, comfort and luxury.
